Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Bridge Lab as a marketplace for digital goods and creator listings. Bridge Lab is operated under the Bridge Lab brand, and the representative of the platform is Ben.

Site usage rules

  • Users must use Bridge Lab lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt site operation, platform security, listing visibility, account access, or normal marketplace activity.
  • Creators are responsible for the materials they upload, the accuracy of product descriptions, the ownership or rights required for distribution, and the truthfulness of claims made in their listings.
  • Buyers and visitors must not misuse marketplace listings, copy restricted materials without permission, submit abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent content, or interfere with other users or site operations.

Creator listing responsibilities

Creators are expected to upload only materials they have the right to distribute, describe their products in a clear and non-misleading way, and provide enough information for buyers to understand what is being offered. If a listing includes inaccurate, deceptive, infringing, or incomplete information, Bridge Lab may review or restrict that listing as part of normal marketplace operation.

Content ownership

Bridge Lab owns the website structure, branding, layout, and original platform materials unless stated otherwise. Copyright and ownership of uploaded works remain with the user who uploaded the content, unless that user states otherwise or separate rights arrangements apply. Creator-submitted content may still be displayed, operated, reviewed, restricted, or removed as necessary within the marketplace environment.

Platform role

Bridge Lab functions as a marketplace environment that enables creators to list work and users to browse or purchase digital items. The platform provides site structure, public policies, communication channels, and listing access, but does not automatically guarantee the originality, legal status, accuracy, quality, delivery performance, or commercial fitness of every user-submitted product.

Orders, refunds, and seller responsibility

When a transaction takes place through the marketplace, the seller remains primarily responsible for the product offered in the listing, including the accuracy of the listing and refund handling where a refund is applicable. Bridge Lab may review refund-related communication or help route the issue, but Bridge Lab is not the seller of each listed product unless expressly stated otherwise.

Reports, review, and enforcement

Bridge Lab may review listings, user reports, support requests, refund-related communication, and copyright complaints when needed to maintain platform quality and enforce site rules. Where appropriate, Bridge Lab may request clarification, edit visibility, restrict access, suspend accounts, or remove listings that appear deceptive, unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with marketplace standards.

Prohibited listings

Listings that are deceptive, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with marketplace rules may be rejected, removed, or restricted. Bridge Lab may suspend accounts or limit access where needed to protect buyers, creators, payment providers, or the site itself.

Refunds and support

Refund handling is governed by the public Refund Policy. Buyers should review product details carefully and contact Bridge Lab at bridgelab2025@gmail.com if delivery, billing, listing mismatch, or policy-related issues arise. Bridge Lab may review the issue, but the seller is expected to handle an approved refund directly.

Limitation of liability

Bridge Lab is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, purchase decisions, creator-submitted materials, temporary downtime, moderation decisions, seller conduct, refund disputes, or third-party services connected to platform operation.
