Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Bridge Lab handles refund requests for digital goods sold through the marketplace.
Digital product nature
Products sold on Bridge Lab are generally digital downloads or digital-access items. Because digital items can often be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed case by case rather than automatically granted in every situation.
Situations that may qualify
- Duplicate charges or accidental repeat purchases.
- Confirmed delivery failure where the buyer does not receive the purchased digital item.
- Material mismatch between the published listing description and the delivered file or access item.
- Technical defects that prevent normal use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable support period.
Situations that usually do not qualify
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
- Lack of compatibility with tools or environments not stated as supported in the listing.
- Requests made after substantial use, copying, or redistribution of the product.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact bridgelab2025@gmail.com and include the purchase email, order details, the product name, and a short explanation of the issue. We recommend submitting requests within 14 days of purchase.
Review and processing
Bridge Lab reviews refund requests in light of the listing information, delivery records, communication history, and technical evidence provided by the buyer. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment channel or through the payment provider used for the transaction.
